A proper campsite needs to have a swimming pool. Especially here in southwest France where in summer time it can get very hot. And so it was added to the list of things to do...

Building a new swimming pool

With the expansion of the campsite, a new swimming pool was also needed. An inground swimming pool, but without any bells and whistles. The guests at Camping La Brouquere like to cool off in the pool when it is hot, but they also like to swim laps. So it was going to be a simple rectangular shape of the pool without any slides. And the swimming pool had to be located next to the second toilet building so that guests would be able to use the sanitary facilities straight from the swimming pool.
