We will do everything we can to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Here are some rules and regulation for you and us making clear agreements about your holiday stay here with us. If you have any questions or comments, don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

Air Conditioning Units

Camping Pitch

Each camping pitch is a clearly marked area where you can place your tent, caravan or holiday home as you wish. An additional small tent may be placed on this pitch as well.

Electricity

Each camping pitch is equipped with a mains power connection. Make sure that your power cable is long enough (at least 15 metres).

Showers and toilets

On the campsite there are clean toilets and (warm) showers for public use. When all facilities are occupied, you may need to wait a while for a toilet or shower to become free.

You can also make use of a private bathroom (additional surcharge). You will get a key to your personal bathroom with toilet and shower which is exclusively available to you. Since there are only a limited number of private bathrooms available, make sure you make advance reservations.

Number of adults

There is a limitation of 4 adults (18 years and older) per camping pitch. Per adult and per day a charge applies (refer to the pricelist).

Adults-Only Campsite

Camping La Brouquere is an adults-only campsite, exclusively for adults (18 years and older). Thus, children will not have access to the campsite.

Rental period

On the day of arrival your camping pitch will be available to you from 14:00h. On the departure day the pitch must be cleared (and cleaned) before 12:00h.

There is no minimum rental period for camping pitches.

Pets

Pets in general

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs and responsible dog owners are very welcome at Camping La Brouquere. There are, however, a number of rules to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both camping guests and dogs. Click here to see the rules in respect to keeping dogs on the campsite.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is available to all camping guests. Use of the pool is entirely at own risk. Camping La Brouquere explicitely does not provide supervision and does not accept any liability for using the swimmingpool.

Air Conditioning Units (Aircos)

The use of roof-mounted air conditioning units is only permitted on selected camping pitches. These pitches are located on the edge of the campgrounds so that the noise of such air conditioning units will not disturb other guests.

Please note that the use of roof-mounted air conditioning is forbidden at all times on any of the regular camping pitches.

Prices

Refer to the pricelist for tariffs and current pricing information.

Surcharges

A tourist tax applies per person/day. Other surcharges apply for the use of additional facilities such as electricity and/or a private bathroom.

Payment method

In case of reservations, the camping fee is paid in two parts. The first part is a deposit of 25% of the total amount (with a minimum of 25 Euros) and must be paid within 14 days after receiving our booking confirmation. The outstanding amount must be paid in cash one day before departure.

Unfortunately we cannot accept credit card payments.

Reservations

Making advance reservations is strongly recommended, especially in the peak season. A reservation (either online or by phone) becomes binding only after our final confirmation and payment of the deposit. We reserve the right to reject reservation requests at our own discretion.

Cancellation

When cancelling your reservation until 8 weeks before arrival we will refund the entire deposit. For cancellations until 6 weeks before arrival the refund is 50% of the deposit. There is no refund of the deposit for later cancellations. Did you make an advance booking but want to depart early, then the full amount (i.e. for the entire booked period) is payable.

Insurance

You must make your own travel insurance arrangements.

Cleaning

Upon departure you are requested to release your camping pitch in a clean state.

Damage

Guests are liable for any damages caused by them to camping buildings and facilities. Any costs for repair or replacement will be charged correspondingly.

Liability

Camping La Brouquere explicitely does not accept any liability for damages guests suffer from the use of camping facilities, buildings and infrastructure. This applies in particular to the use of the swimming pool.
