We will do everything we can to make your holiday as enjoyable
as possible. Here are some rules and regulation for you and us
making clear agreements about your holiday stay in the holiday
home La Couture. If you have any questions or comments, don't
hesitate to contact us by phone or email.
 Number of persons
This 3-bedroom holiday home sleeps a maximum of 5 persons.
Rental period
From saturday to saturday
The rental period for this holiday home is from saturday (arrival
after 16:00h) to saturday (departure before 11:00h). If you prefer
to arrive or depart on a different day, you can contact us to
discuss availability and price.
Rented throughout the year
This holiday home is rented throughout the whole year. Check
our website for availability.
Pets
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Dogs should be kept on a leash
on the camping grounds.
Rental
Prices
Prices, surcharges and discounts applicable to holiday home La
Couture are indicated on a weekly basis (from saturday to saturday).
The current rental prices for the respective weeks are announced
on our internet
website.
Payment
Method
Deposit payment
A deposit payment of 30% of the total rental price must be paid
within 14 days after receiving our booking confirmation.
Balance of payment
Full payment of the rental cost must be made no later than 6
weeks prior to arrival date. Late payments may result in the booking
being cancelled.
Credit Cards
Unfortunately we cannot accept credit card payments.
Reservations
Making reservations for this holiday home is mandatory. A reservation
(either online or by phone) becomes binding only after our final
confirmation and payment of the deposit. We reserve the right
to reject reservation requests at our own discretion.
Cancellation
In case you have to cancel your booking for whatever reason,
the cancellation charges will be as follows :
More than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Deposit will be forfeited
Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival: Full rental price will be
forfeited
It is strongly recommended that you take out holiday insurance
to cover the consequences of cancellation.
Insurance
You must make your own travel insurance arrangements.
Swimming pool
Holiday home guests may use the swimming pool and the children's
playground on the campsite free of charge. Use of the pool is
entirely at own risk. Children using the pool must be supervised
by their parents at all times. Camping La Brouquere explicitely
does not provide supervision and does not accept any liability
for using the swimmingpool.
Departure
Cleaning
You are requested to clean the holiday home yourself at the end
of your stay. If you prefer to have this done than a surcharge
applies. The holiday home must be vacated in a tidy condition.
Damage
/ Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 cash must be paid
on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is
satisfied that the terms and conditions of the holiday rental
have been complied with. Any repairs to the property due to negligence
on behalf of the client will be deducted from the security deposit
and where this is insufficient there will be additional charges.
Liability
Camping La Brouquere explicitely does not accept any liability
for damages guests may suffer from the use of camping facilities,
buildings and infrastructure. This applies in particular to the
use of the swimming pool. Parents are accountable for their children
at all times.
